Upon successful completion of this application form, Margarita Rovenskaya, Alexandra Saraceno or Natasha Stollmack, Co-Chairs of the PTC Honors Program, will contact you directly to share more information about the Live Audition Weekend (March 14-15 at OPERA America). This application will not be considered complete until payment has been received.

Terms and Conditions

- I have read the rules for the Honors Program and I agree to the conditions about the age of the performers, the application requirements, the acceptable repertoire, the audition repertoire's time limit, the judges' decisions being final and the awards as they apply to my child or children.

- Scholarships for Application Fee, Studio Rental, and Winners Recital Package, are available. Please check our website page for details.

- Winners are required to purchase the complete Winners’ Recital Package through the PTC Honors Program (not through Merkin Hall), which consists of five (5) tickets to the Winners’ Recital, professional photographs, and a certificate (total cost: $200). Performers do not need a ticket.
